Faculty don’t avoid resources because they lack value, but because they don’t fit easily into their teaching workflows. Librarians can help them answer practical questions early:

How can this fit a specific class?  
Can it be added directly into the LMS?  
Can it be organized into a playlist?  
Will it save time for instructors and make access smoother for students?

When the answer is yes, adoption becomes much easier.
